Summer on the Hill
Every Sunday, from June 1st through August 31st, we meet outside at 10:30 a.m. (weather permitting). Bring your lawn chair or blanket. We also offer an indoor gathering at 8:30 a.m. with hymns and acoustic worship and the same teaching as 10:30. Please note that child care is only available at 10:30.
“Journey to Jerusalem” Children’s Adventure
Every Sunday morning at 10:30 a.m., all summer long for children ages 4 through 11! Children come together for worship and explore traditional Bible-times family life. They take part in Synagogue School” (Bible lesson), play
authentic games,
hand-craft their own souvenirs, and sample Middle Eastern snacks. But most importantly, children learn of Jesus’ love for them, and that He invites them to be one of His own. To join the
journey, arrive at the “city gate”
(church lobby) at 10:15 to register.
Home Group Summer Schedule
During the summer, from June 1st through August 31st, home groups will meet every Sunday evening at 6:30.
Mason-Dixon Fair Outreach: July 7th-12th
Our desire is to share the love of Jesus Christ with our neighbors through face painting, gospel bracelets, distributing Christian materials, cleaning up the trash, etc. For more information about getting involved, pick up a flyer at the display table in the lobby.
Church Picnic & Baptisms
We will be having one church picnic this year, scheduled for Saturday, July 26th, at Camp Hidden Valley in White Hall, MD. The event will begin at noon and conclude at 6:00 p.m. Baptisms will take place in the afternoon. Burgers and hot dogs will be provided. Please bring a side dish, dessert, or drink to share.
